Lisa has been in the technology field for almost twenty years, with jobs ranging from help desk, to training, to web development. She’s a firm believer that support not only can be friendly and approachable, but should be.

You’re never just a small business to her. She’s a one-woman IT department, using corporate processes and procedures in a friendly, approachable way. At the core of Lisa’s philosophy is communication. Lisa keeps you updated, in non-technical speak, with as much or as little detail as you want to know. No concern or question is too big or too small. 

Lisa lives in Huntsville, AL with her husband, daughter, and Golden retriever, Sadie.
